Terms of Service

Please read our studio policies carefully before proceeding with your project order. These terms ensure a transparent, high-fidelity collaboration between you and our creative editing collective.

Payment Terms & Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price is mandatory before any work begins on your project.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid after a lower-resolution, heavily watermarked draft is sent for your review.
  • The final unwatermarked product will not be provided until the final payment is cleared.

Revision Policy

  • A revision includes minor tweaks such as adjusting color correction or small text modifications. Small changes and your first revision are free.
  • Requesting major modifications (such as swapping out large chunks of footage or changing the song entirely) will result in an extra charge.
  • To prevent additional charges, please provide a detailed description of your vision, including the song and reference media.
  • If a mistake is made on our end, the correction will be handled completely free of charge.

Workflow & Communication

  • All assets, project approvals, and issues must remain entirely within your designated order ticket or project dashboard.
  • Project reviews must be submitted exclusively through designated channels or structured review forms.
  • Raw source files must be delivered via Google Drive. The client is responsible for providing a valid, shareable link.
  • We strive to provide fast support, but our team operates on Indian Standard Time (IST), which may result in delayed responses depending on your location.

Timelines & Deadlines

  • The final product is typically delivered within 1 to 3 days. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
  • Communication latency matters: if you take several days to respond to a project draft, the final delivery date will be pushed back accordingly.

Portfolio Rights

  • We reserve the right to use your final video (or clips from it) in our official portfolio or social media channels once it has been published by you.
  • If you require the final work to remain completely private, please explicitly inform us before work begins.
